Early Jv Basketball Predictions

Since everyone has covered all the subjects on football and varsity basketball, i decided i would get some opinions on jv basketball. Did anyone actually watch the games last year? There were some seriously exciting games between Haysi and Honaker and Twin Valley and Honaker. Haysi has most of their key players returning except for 2 that are juniors this year and they are all really improving. Honaker will have their same team as last year as well as TV. I think JV will prove to be as exciting as the Varsity games. Any thoughts?

Well Olorin I hate to say it but with the girls and boys season combining jv will go downhill. it will be more like little league games. i mean i don't doubt that there is some good competition and i think haysi and honaker will be strong. the season's combining will really hurt jv and it's audience and thats horrible in my opinion.

Yes, i completely agree with u chic. I think it is seriously a bunch of bullcrap what they are doing to the basketball program. It was doing fine before and now there wont be hardly anyone at the jv games cuz everyone will go to the varsity games. It will make jv a lot less exciting and fun. Jv teams will just hafta step it up a notch and get fans back in the seats.
